A 2.5 x 30 mm 'flushing aperture' has been created in the closure of the HQ slats, which minimises dirt accumulation in the closure. The slats' super slick surface also ensures that less calcium deposition takes place. Starline HQ slats are available in a solar and a transparent version (also suitable for outdoor application) with the same profile and end caps as the well-known Roldeck PVC slatted pool covers, but made of the super strong polycarbonate. The transparent slats are also actually crystal clear which improves the effect of underwater lighting.
